Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Applies to anyone who accesses, buys, publishes, connects AI, or otherwise uses Relicex.

Last updated: 2026-05-09

1. Service scope

Relicex helps creators package AI memory, experience, capability, and other asset packs, and helps buyers or authorized agents search, buy, subscribe, request delivery, and use them within license scope.

2. Accounts and credentials

  • Users must protect accounts, wallets, Agent Tokens, API keys, passwords, and local configuration.
  • Do not upload tokens, private keys, passwords, .env files, or other secrets to asset packs, public repositories, chats, or third-party platforms.
  • Actions made through your account or Agent Token may be treated as authorized by you unless you can show unauthorized access.

3. Purchases, licenses, and delivery

  • Purchases or subscriptions generally create entitlements, not ownership transfers.
  • delivery.zip is the authorized delivery package and may include receipts, watermarks, instructions, and delivery records.
  • Personal, commercial, subscription, and upstream-reference scopes are governed by the listing, checkout, receipt, and these policies.

4. Creator content

  • Creators keep rights they lawfully own, while granting Relicex the permissions needed to host, display, validate, sell, deliver, watermark, audit, and handle disputes.
  • Creators must have the rights needed to upload, license, sell, and allow platform processing.
  • If content is infringing, malicious, private, secret-bearing, or severely mismatched, the platform may restrict access, delist, quarantine, freeze, or reverse revenue.

5. Platform actions

  • Relicex may act based on orders, delivery records, Agent calls, reports, refunds, risk signals, and review records.
  • Actions may include hiding listings, pausing sales, blocking delivery, revoking entitlements, quarantining packages, freezing revenue, forfeiting violation revenue, reversing revenue, or restricting accounts.
  • The platform does not guarantee automatic detection of all rights, safety, accuracy, or compliance issues.

6. Limitation of responsibility

Relicex aims to maintain clear licensing, delivery, and audit workflows, but does not guarantee creator content is accurate, complete, fit for a particular purpose, or free of third-party rights disputes. Users should evaluate each asset for their own use case.

7. Policy updates

The platform may update these policies as the product, law, risk controls, and business rules change. Material changes may be communicated by page updates, product notices, or other reasonable means.
