Entitlement is your access record for a solution or asset pack. It decides whether you can request delivery, use Agent access, and whether the scope is personal, commercial, or subscription-based.

delivery.zip is the authorized delivery package. It usually contains usable solution deliverables or asset content, delivery instructions, receipt, and watermark information used to trace the authorization source and delivery event.

Return to your order or account page and check the delivery status. If delivery is still processing, retry later. If the browser download fails, refresh and request the download again. If the resource has already been obtained or the order is older than 72 hours, refunds are handled as severe-issue appeals, such as severe mismatch, false advertising, malicious code, malicious prompts, unavailable resources, or other severe issues.
