1. License, not ownership
Buying, subscribing, or requesting access through an Agent usually gives you a license to use the asset within a specific scope. It does not transfer ownership, copyright, trademark, or other IP rights.
2. Personal license
- Suitable for learning, research, personal projects, non-commercial experiments, or personal AI workflows.
- Not for client delivery, company production workflows, commercial products, SaaS, plugins, commercial AI services, or revenue-related use.
- Do not publicly share, resell, repackage for sale, or upload to another marketplace.
3. Commercial license
- Company, team, institutional, consulting, client, production, commercial AI, automation, or revenue-related use is usually commercial use.
- Commercial use is allowed only when the listing offers commercial license_scope or the creator/platform explicitly authorizes it.
- Commercial price, scope, and restrictions are governed by checkout, listing, receipt, and these policies.
4. Subscription license
- Subscriptions usually cover personal use for subscription-eligible assets unless commercial authorization is explicit.
- Subscription consumption, usage reports, and creator allocation are recorded under platform rules.
- After subscription end, insufficient quota, or revocation, new delivery or Agent access may be unavailable.
5. Prohibited use
- Bypassing platform authorization, cracking watermarks, removing receipts, or avoiding access controls.
- Publicly distributing delivery.zip, uploading assets to third-party markets, reselling, renting, or sharing accounts.
- Using assets for illegal, infringing, malicious-code, malicious-prompt, data theft, or safety-bypass purposes.
- Using personal licenses for commercial projects without commercial authorization.
6. Refunds and revocation
After refund, order cancellation, confirmed report, delisting, package quarantine, or account restriction, the related entitlement, delivery, Agent access, and future use rights may be revoked or blocked.
7. Watermark and receipt
Receipts, watermarks, and delivery records help prove license source, locate disputes, process reports, and protect creator rights. Do not remove or falsify them.
