Creator earnings · asset-pack and solution revenue

Earnings policy

Relicex charges users, not creators. Creators can publish asset packs for free and compose them into solutions; Relicex collects a service fee from valid asset sales, solution sales, subscriptions, commercial licenses, and asset reuse royalties.

80% of valid revenue to creatorsAssets can sell standalone or power solutionsSolution purchases respect asset entitlements

Dual-core model

Creators can earn from assets, solutions, and reuse

Relicex keeps both ideas alive: problem-first solution purchases for buyers, and asset-pack-native capability ownership for creators. Settlement makes the connection explicit.

Asset pack sale

A buyer purchases a memory, experience, or capability pack directly.

Solution sale

A buyer purchases a complete solution composed from deliverables and supporting packs.

Reuse royalty

An upstream asset owner can earn when their pack is reused by a solution.

Custom proposal

A creator can respond to a problem room with custom solution work.

Simple version

Dual-layer rules at a glance

V1 keeps the policy easy to explain. Asset packs are capability and entitlement units; solutions are buyer-facing transaction units. Both layers can produce settlement records.

80/20

Base split

Relicex keeps 20% of valid revenue; the creator ecosystem receives 80%, across asset-pack sales and solution sales.

Sub

Subscription / usage pool

80% of subscription or usage-based revenue goes into the creator pool and can be allocated by effective asset, component, or solution usage.

50/50

Asset reuse royalties

When a solution or downstream asset legally references upstream asset packs, final solution/asset authors and eligible upstream asset owners split creator revenue by rule.

Guard

Asset-pack price protection

A standalone-priced asset pack cannot be bypassed by subscription solutions; if referenced by a solution or downstream asset, its protected price must be satisfied first.

¥5

Minimum reference baseline

Subscription-compatible asset packs may be referenced by standalone assets or solutions, but the downstream price must cover at least ¥5 per subscription-compatible upstream pack.

Biz

Solution purchases respect asset entitlements

Asset packs default to personal use; solution delivery must also respect commercial licensing, scope, and entitlement settings.

Risk

Forfeiture for abuse

Plagiarism, malicious content, unauthorized commercial use, fake usage, induced downloads, or related-account abuse can freeze or forfeit revenue.

Shortest summary

01

No upstream pack: the author receives 80% of valid revenue.

02

Asset reuse royalties: the final author receives 50% of creator revenue and upstream authors split 50%.

03

Protected standalone packs: downstream packs cannot join subscriptions and must first cover the upstream pack's full price.

04

Subscription packs can be referenced by standalone packs, but the downstream price must cover the minimum reference baseline, ¥5 each in V1.

05

Packs are personal-use only by default; commercial use requires a commercial price or explicit permission.

06

Plagiarism, malicious content, unauthorized use, unauthorized commercial use, payout gaming, fake usage, and induced downloads can freeze or forfeit revenue.

Complete version

Relicex revenue rules V1.1

These rules explain creator revenue, asset-pack sales, solution sales, subscriptions, upstream references, price protection, commercial-use licenses, and enforcement. Formal platform legal terms may refine this wording.

1. Base split and valid revenue

Relicex currently charges users, not creators. Creators do not pay a listing fee to publish asset packs or compose solutions.

The base split is: 80% of valid revenue to the creator ecosystem, and 20% to the platform.

Valid revenue means money actually paid by users and not refunded, charged back, fraudulent, abusive, fake, abnormal, or otherwise non-settleable.

2. Standalone asset-pack purchases

If a user buys a pack with no upstream reference, the full 80% creator share goes to the current author.

If a pack references, adapts, depends on, or transitively references other packs, the related upstream rules continue to apply.

2B. Solution sales and asset reuse

When a user buys a complete solution, the solution owner earns for delivery, composition, explanation, and support; underlying asset-pack owners may earn pass-through fees, royalties, or included value according to solution component settings.

Buying a solution does not automatically grant unlimited access to every underlying asset pack. The checkout quote and entitlement plan decide whether the buyer receives solution entitlement, asset-pack entitlement, or solution-internal use only.

If the buyer already owns an included asset pack, the quote may show already-owned credit so the same entitlement is not charged twice.

3. Subscriptions

Subscribers can authorize downloads of subscription-eligible packs within their monthly quota. 80% of each subscriber's monthly fee enters that user's creator pool; 20% is the platform service fee.

In V1, the pool is allocated evenly across packs that user effectively used that month. The same user and same pack count at most once per calendar month.

Repeated downloads, refunds, chargebacks, fake usage, rebate downloads, induced downloads, mutual boosting, violations, and delisted or frozen packs do not count.

4. Asset reuse royalties

A pack that joins subscriptions and allows references is a subscription-compatible pack. It may be referenced by subscription packs and standalone-priced packs.

When a pack legally references subscription-compatible upstream packs, the final author receives 50% of creator revenue, and eligible upstream authors split the other 50%.

The final author's 50% is a packaging, adaptation, explanation, sales, and promotion incentive.

5. Minimum price for standalone packs referencing subscription packs

To prevent very cheap standalone packs from bundling many subscription packs, V1 sets a default minimum reference baseline of ¥5 per subscription-compatible upstream pack.

A standalone downstream pack that references subscription-compatible upstream packs must be priced at least ¥5 × eligible subscription-compatible upstream pack count.

The ¥5 amount is a minimum price floor, not a fixed amount paid to each upstream author. Actual settlement still follows the 20/80 and 50/50 rules.

6. Protected standalone-priced packs

A pack that does not join subscriptions and is sold only at a standalone price is a protected standalone-priced pack.

It cannot be referenced by a subscription downstream pack. It may only be referenced by another standalone downstream pack.

When referenced, the downstream pack must first cover and settle the upstream pack's full standalone price.

7. Mixed upstream references

If a standalone downstream pack references both protected standalone packs and subscription-compatible packs, both protections apply.

The downstream price must first cover all protected standalone upstream prices, and must also cover ¥5 × eligible subscription-compatible upstream pack count.

Remaining value-add is then allocated using the subscription-compatible reference rule.

8. Nested references and author-entity splitting

For nested references, Relicex expands direct and indirect upstream packs into one upstream contributor set.

V1 does not use recursive tiers, distance weighting, or duplicate payouts to the same author.

Upstream payouts are split by author entity, not pack count. Multiple packs from the same author count as one upstream author entity.

9. No extra payout for your own packs

If the final author references their own packs, or packs controlled by related, team, nominee, or affiliated accounts, those references do not create extra upstream payouts.

If a pack references only the author's own other packs, it is treated like an original pack: platform 20%, current author 80%.

If independent upstream authors are also referenced, the author's own packs are excluded from the upstream split.

10. Commercial-use licenses

Unless a pack page explicitly includes commercial-use authorization, Relicex packs are personal-use only by default.

Company, team, institutional, client, consulting, SaaS, plugin, Agent, automation, internal tool, commercial AI, or revenue-generating use is usually commercial use.

Authors may set a commercial-use price. Users must pay it or obtain explicit authorization from the author, platform, or relevant rights holder before commercial use.

If no commercial-use authorization or price is shown, commercial use is not granted by default. Unauthorized commercial use may be treated as infringement, and Relicex reserves enforcement rights.

11. Commercial use with upstream packs

If a pack references upstream packs and is used commercially, all related upstream packs must also allow commercial use.

Commercial authorization for the downstream pack does not automatically authorize all upstream packs.

If an upstream pack has a commercial-use price, that commercial price should be used as the protected price in commercial scenarios.

12. Authorization first

References, adaptations, nested references, dependencies, or embedded use require upstream authorization, whether or not the upstream pack joins subscriptions.

Declaring a reference or setting a split does not bypass authorization. Relicex follows: authorization first, then reference; authorization first, then payout.

Unauthorized copying, adaptation, embedding, or use may be treated as a violation even if the upstream source is named.

13. Relicex enforcement authorization

By uploading and publishing a pack, creators authorize Relicex, where legally permitted, to help protect creators, users, and the marketplace against infringement, plagiarism, piracy, malicious copying, unauthorized commercial use, false declarations, fake usage, and payout evasion.

Relicex may preserve evidence, delist or quarantine suspicious packs, restrict delivery, freeze or claw back revenue, send takedown or stop-use notices, and assist with complaints, appeals, negotiation, recovery, arbitration, or litigation.

If a specific enforcement action requires additional authorization documents, creators should reasonably cooperate. This authorization does not remove the creator's rights in their own assets.

14. No related-account payout gaming

Creators may not use affiliated, nominee, fake partner, team-split, or controlled accounts to manufacture reference relationships and capture more payouts.

Self-controlled accounts referencing each other, affiliated accounts pretending to be independent upstream authors, fake team references, or references with no real contribution may be treated as payout cheating.

If confirmed, Relicex may cancel upstream payouts, freeze or claw back revenue, delist packs, restrict or ban accounts, forfeit abusive proceeds, and reserve further enforcement rights.

15. No fake usage or induced downloads

Relicex allows normal promotion, but prohibits fake downloads, induced downloads, boosting, rebate downloads, mutual boosting, and abnormal usage intended to capture payouts.

Even if the behavior does not directly reduce the platform fee, it can dilute other creators' earnings, distort subscription allocation, harm high-quality authors, manipulate ranking, or create false market signals.

Prohibited behavior includes paying or pressuring users to download your own pack, rebates or private benefits, bots or fake accounts, AI Agent downloads without real task need, task-platform downloads, fake reviews, fake AI feedback, fake usage reports, and creator-to-creator boosting.

If confirmed, Relicex may invalidate usage records, freeze or forfeit revenue, claw back settled funds, reallocate impacted subscription payouts, delist packs, ban accounts, and reserve further enforcement rights.

16. Plagiarism, malicious content, freezing, and clawback

If a pack is confirmed to involve plagiarism, piracy, unauthorized copying, unauthorized adaptation, unauthorized embedding, unauthorized commercial use, false originality declarations, hidden upstream sources, forged authorization, payout evasion, or related-account cheating, Relicex may delist the pack, freeze revenue, and cancel settlement.

If a pack contains malicious prompts, AI overreach instructions, data leakage instructions, malware, backdoors, viruses, data theft code, safety-bypass instructions, false marketing, or third-party rights violations, Relicex may immediately delist, quarantine, freeze revenue, and cancel settlement.

Canceled or forfeited revenue may be used to compensate original authors, affected high-quality creators, affected users, investigation, review, risk, legal costs, or platform risk reserves. If abusive revenue has already settled, Relicex may offset future earnings or request return of funds.
