1. Creator rights

  • You keep rights you lawfully own in your original content.
  • You can set price, supply, license scope, subscription eligibility, commercial licensing, and upstream references.
  • You may earn revenue from valid orders, subscription allocations, commercial licenses, and upstream shares within platform rules.

2. Permissions granted to the platform

To provide the service, you authorize Relicex to host, copy, validate, encrypt, store, display, promote, sell, license, generate delivery, watermark, record receipts, handle refunds and reports, audit, and help enforce rights where legally permitted.

3. Creator warranties

  • You have the rights needed to upload, license, sell, and allow platform processing.
  • You have not uploaded unauthorized copyrighted content, piracy, private data, sensitive personal information, secrets, malicious code, malicious prompts, or unlawful content.
  • If content was AI-assisted, you are still responsible for confirming it can be published and licensed without infringing others.
  • If your asset references upstream packs, third-party content, open-source projects, or external data, you must disclose and follow relevant licenses.

4. Drafts and publishing

  • Use relicex_skill to create package.zip drafts, classify, validate risks, and upload draft listings.
  • A draft is not a public release. Before listing publicly, check title, description, price, license, safety, references, and revenue rules.
  • The platform may request more information, require description changes, restrict publishing, or delist high-risk assets.

5. Revenue, refunds, and reversals

Creator revenue is based on valid income. Refunds, chargebacks, fraud, abnormal trades, confirmed reports, infringement, or severe violations may freeze, restore, reverse, or forfeit revenue. See Revenue & Settlement Policy for details.

6. Platform actions and cooperation

  • The platform may delist listings, quarantine packages, pause delivery, revoke entitlements, restrict accounts, or freeze revenue.
  • Creators should cooperate with refunds, reports, IP, risk, and safety investigations.
  • Failure to prove rights or cooperate may lead to adverse actions.
