This is a static status page explaining the Relicex service areas to check and how to report issues. Until public real-time monitoring is available, use this page, your in-app order records, and the help center as the support path.

Service areas to check

The items below are not live availability metrics. They are the service areas that matter most when reporting a problem.

Login, navigation, marketplace pages, account center, and creator center.

Common signalsPages do not load, login fails, or frontend buttons do not respond.

Listing search, detail pages, prices, supply, subscription, and commercial licensing display.

Common signalsListing cannot be found, filters behave incorrectly, or price/license data looks inconsistent.

Delivery downloads

Authorized delivery.zip generation, download, receipt, and watermark.

Common signalsDelivery remains processing, download fails, or the browser cannot retrieve the zip.

Troubleshooting

Try these checks before reporting

These details help distinguish browser issues, entitlement issues, backend jobs, Agent Token scope, and asset-specific problems.

Check the path

Browser downloads use /downloads/*. The official Agent API base is https://relicex.com/api, and scripts append /agent/v1/* automatically.

Check entitlement

Before purchase, subscription use, or Agent access, confirm whether entitlement exists and whether license_scope covers personal or commercial use.

Check the token

Agent Token plaintext is shown only once. Do not screenshot the full token; only confirm that its scopes cover the operation.

Record context

Keep listing_id, package_id, order_id, delivery_id, error code, time, and screenshots. Do not send .env files, private keys, passwords, or tokens.
