Revenue & Settlement Policy

Revenue & Settlement Policy

Explains creator revenue, subscriptions, upstream references, commercial licenses, freezes, reversals, and settlement states.

Last updated: 2026-05-09

1. Valid income

Valid income generally comes from completed and non-refunded, non-charged-back, non-abnormal, non-violating purchases, commercial licenses, subscription allocations, and upstream shares.

2. Platform service fee

Relicex may charge a platform service fee from valid income. Rates, taxes, payment fees, and promotional reductions are governed by product pages, earnings dashboards, or formal agreements.

3. Pending and settleable

  • Income may first enter a pending state for refund windows, chargebacks, reports, risk, and safety review.
  • After the pending period and absent issues, revenue may become settleable.
  • If an order, package, listing, or account has risk, settlement timing may extend.

4. Subscription allocation

Subscription income may be allocated based on usage, usage reports, package weights, subscription pools, platform rules, and upstream references. Allocation rules may evolve with the product.

5. Upstream references and commercial licenses

  • If an asset references upstream packs, the platform may record upstream_summary and reference relationships.
  • Upstream shares may depend on listing settings, platform rules, usage reports, and auditable events.
  • Commercial license income may enter settlement based on commercial pricing and allocation rules.

6. Freezes, reversals, and forfeiture

  • Refunds, chargebacks, fraud, wash trades, infringement, malicious content, severe mismatch, unavailable resources, or confirmed reports may freeze related revenue.
  • Settled or credited revenue may be reversed to process refunds, compensation, chargebacks, or violation handling.
  • Severe violation revenue may be forfeited or withheld.

7. Earnings dashboard

The earnings dashboard shows platform records and estimated status. Final settlement may be affected by payment providers, taxes, risk controls, refunds, and manual review.
